The three-tier architecture makes it straight forward and flexible. The familiar windows interface makes it user friendly and customers, vendors, partners, and employees can connect with the system via customised access.
Our IT department use SQL Reporting Services which is a flexible report generating tool to produce reports tailored to the owners requirements. The client can download the reports into his own system through the internet or equally view them on line in varying levels of detail.

Our managed fleet is fitted with Star and the managing offices server automatically receives data from each vessels computer daily regardless of their location. During this process the office and vessel systems are updated in both directions ensuring excellent co-ordination between the two key management teams.
