The seagoing staff that man our vessels are our most important unit of management. Without quality crew onboard our vessels efficient technical management is impossible.

ASP place the highest priority on recruiting, training and retaining the best quality crew and this activity is carried out through a separate group entity - Crew Management Services (CMS).

CMS is a stand alone entity and responsible for manning the ASP management fleet. They also supply crews to third parties as a licensed manning agent. A high level of investment in training and career development results in a stable seagoing staff with a very high retention level.

Through CMS, The ASP Group employ seafarers from most seafaring nations ranging from Russian to Chinese, Filipino and Indian as well as Europeans and Australians all of which blend to form a cohesive and efficient shipboard management unit.
