ASP operates the leading edge Microsoft Business Solutions accounting package Axapta to provide financial and accounting reports from individual ships to both ASP management and clients. This system is linked to the Star Fleet management program on the vessels, providing owners and operators with direct on line status reports for all aspects of the vessels or fleet operations and performance.
Agency
ASP’s international network allows us to arrange agency representation for shipowners in virtually any port around the world.
Insurance
ASP Fleet Management offices can arrange insurance at very competitive rates through our long-standing connections with the major marine underwriters and P and I Clubs.
Chartering
Specialist chartering teams in our Glasgow and Singapore offices provide ASP clients with a wide range of commercial contacts and chartering opportunities in strategic trades worldwide.
Brokerage
ASP offers high quality brokering services from our Glasgow and Singapore offices, which are also represented in all other group offices. Our top quality specialists can provide Period, Spot and COA for both wet and dry trades.
Sale and purchase
International contacts and specialist knowledge enable ASP to offer sound advice and guidance for prospective buyers and sellers. This includes:

Fee-based technical support
ASP can give fee-based expert technical or accounting support to clients, including establishing offices where required on a long-term or short-term basis. These services are also supplied as separate contracts, independent of our ship management services.
